The Endless Printer is an automatic filament reloader that prevents failed 3D prints by switching to a new spool instantly. This filament backup system ensures continuous printing without interruptions and works with all common filaments, including TPU.

  • Switches automatically to the new filament
  • Also works with flexible filament like TPU
  • Energy and space-saving - perfect for any print farm
  • Switches to the new role without visible artifacts

Perfect for absolutely every Print farm

Make your print farm absolutely efficient! Day or night - the Endless Printer reloads your filament fully automatically, even when you're asleep!

How it works

  1. The sensor detects when the active filament reaches its end
  2. The system identifies the exact position of the empty filament tip
  3. The second filament automatically advances toward the empty tip
  4. Both filaments connect seamlessly as the printer keeps pulling
  5. The print continues on the new spool with no artifacts or downtime

Why you need the Endless Printer

  • Prevents print failures before they happen
  • Automatic reload — no monitoring, no manual reloading
  • Perfect for print farms that don't want to be tied to specific printer brands or models
  • Works with all 1.75 mm filaments (even high flex TPU etc.)
  • Installs in seconds, attach Bowden tube, and you'r done

Endless Printer vs AMS / MMU

Why the Endless Printer is better for print farms, flexible materials, and continuous 3D printing.

Endless Printer

  • ✔ Works with almost any 1.75 mm 3D printer
  • ✔ Automatic filament change with no print pause
  • ✔ No artifacts during filament switching
  • ✔ Perfect for print farms and continuous production
  • ✔ Reliable with flexible filaments (TPU & soft materials)
  • ✔ No vendor lock-in – upgrade printers anytime

AMS / MMU Systems

  • ✖ Limited to specific printers and ecosystems
  • ✖ Print pauses during filament change
  • ✖ Visible layer defects after switching
  • ✖ Not suitable for flexible filaments (TPU)
  • ✖ Higher complexity and maintenance
  • ✖ Expensive to scale for print farms

FAQ

Is the Endless Printer suitable for every 3D printer?

It is compatible with almost all common 3D printers. Whether direct drive or Bowden drive extruder does not matter.

Does it support flexible Filaments?

Yes, absolutely! The Endless Printer supports absolutely any filament with 1.75mm. No matter whether flexible, stiff or abrasive.

What power source is used to operate the Endless Printer?

It is operated with a USB C cable. This can be conveniently plugged directly into the 3D printer if it has a USB socket. If not, an external adapter is required.

Is the firmware of the 3D printer accessed or does it require any changes?

No, and that's the best part. The Endless Printer works completely externally. It does not access the printer's firmware, as it is equipped with smart sensors itself.

Do you see unsightly artifacts when the Endless Printer reloads the filament during printing?

No. You can recognize absolutely nothing from when the new filament spool was automatically inserted and changed.
